What is the difference between "TREAT&AGUA" and "AGUA ONLY"?

AQUA=water. "TREAT&AGUA" indicates that the product has the "treats" compartment and the water dispenser compartment within the product. "AGUA ONLY" indicates the product ONLY has the water compartment not the TREAT.
